An Established International Firm is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Administrator who can provide supports to expatriates from other foreign entities as well as supporting global employee administration.
Responsibilities
- Performs arrival process and Returning procedures of the expatriates.
- Performs expatriated payroll, income tax, and tax equalization.
- Performs expatriated benefit administration.
- Assists expatriated employees and trainees by providing orientation, and support living arrangements.
- Provide back up for administration functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or training/equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+yrear relevant experience such as support for Expatriate staff.
- Payroll administration (gathering information/approving) and visa support exp. preferred.
- Native level of Japanese skill (speaking, reading and writing)
- Effective communication skills: oral, written listening and presentation
- Good PC skills (Excel and Word)
- Detail oriented.
