An international IT consulting firm in NYC is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Account Manager for their solutions business. This position can be remote.
Responsibility
1)Develop new clients
- Develop potential customers by marketing, networking and day-to-day sales activities. Contact them to find their needs and propose IT solutions such as ERP, RPA, BI, AI.
- Provide sales support to the existing customers and maintain relationship.
- Conduct marketing activities including SNS, web marketing
- Hold seminars and webinars
- Support IT project management with other consultant and/or engineers
- Liaison with outside venders and internal engineers/consultant
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher
- Experience in IT solution sales a plus, but not required.
- Experience in working with Japanese companies in the US.
- Strong communications skill both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Native level Japanese skill and business level English language skill
- Open to business travels (after the pandemic); Driver’s license will be required in the future.
