Bilingual Spanish Sales Associate– Nutraceutical Ingredients

A leading global supplier of innovative clinically proven nutritional ingredients is seeking a Sales Associate with Spanish language skills with a primary focus on Spanish-speaking markets across Central and South America and Spain. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), eager to travel domestically and internationally, and passionate about health, nutrition, and global business.

  • Sales & Account Management: Effectively manage a portfolio of proprietary branded ingredients and raw commodity materials, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Territory Focus: Develop and maintain strong business relationships within Spanish-speaking territories, including importers/distributors, contract manufacturers, and consumer brands.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
  • CRM & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to log all sales activities, calls, emails, and trade show interactions. Submit weekly reports detailing customer visits, sales performance, market insights, and growth metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market analysis to track industry trends, monitor competitors, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nutritional and health-related ingredients, including their applications, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive year-over-year growth in both revenue and gross profit while maintaining expense controls.
  • Trade Shows & Industry Events: Represent a company at industry trade shows to promote products, engage new prospects, and gather market intelligence. Prepare post-event reports highlighting opportunities and strategic follow-ups.
  • Expense Management: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree can be in Business, Nutrition, Health & Wellness, Sports Physiology, Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience within the nutritional supplement or related industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of ingredients; Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
