Location: Mostly Remote in the United States (in case of NY area or LA area, we may ask him/her to come to the office 2times/month), Business trip required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional solutions (for functional consultant)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring the solution is optimized, scalable, and meets future needs by leveraging their deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and its capabilities across various modules (for Solutions Architect).
- Document solutions, processes, and configurations
- Work on implementation related tasks (Analysis, Design, testing, training, UAT, data migration, Go-live support)
- Lead Jr functional consultants as a senior member
- Assist PM and other members
Skillset Required:
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (F&O; Finance & Operations or BC: Business Central)
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- A team player
- Japanese speaker will be a plus
