International company is seeking a HR Specialist on consulting basis. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of Human Resources functions, with a focus on HR systems, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role will also assist with internal communications and event-related tasks to ensure the success of HR programs and company-wide initiatives. This position is best suited for an HR professional who is comfortable managing core HR responsibilities while handling occasional communications and administrative assignments.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and provide support for HR systems, including UKG and SuccessFactors, and coordinate with the HR team on system-related issues.

Manage training programs through the Learning Management System (LMS), including assignments, tracking, and reporting.

Coordinate and monitor periodic cybersecurity training.

Launch and track performance management and goal-setting processes.

Provide support for HR-related meetings and events, including scheduling, presentations, and logistics.

Maintain and update HR content on platforms.

Assist in preparing materials for company meetings and events (e.g., presentations, business cards, name tags).

Support HR communications and employee engagement initiatives, including ESG/SDG-related activities.
Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience.

Familiarity with UKG, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/LMS tools preferred.

Some exposure to communications or administrative work is a plus.
