International company is seeking a Finance & Systems Analyst to join its Accounting team in White Plains, NY.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys both financial analysis and systems/process improvement. The position will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while also working closely with ERP and financial reporting systems, including SAP S/4HANA and JEDOX.
The company is looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across departments, especially with Sales and Accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budget planning
- Assist Sales team with submission of forecast and budget data, including sales, purchases, rebates, and expenses
- Analyze actual results versus forecast and budget and identify variances
- Prepare monthly cost center and profit center reports for management
- Support quarterly financial reporting to the parent company
- Reconcile data between SAP and JEDOX reporting systems
- Train and support internal users on JEDOX reporting tools
- Troubleshoot reporting/system issues and assist with testing new features
- Create ad hoc financial and management reports as needed
- Participate in digitalization and process improvement projects, including expense management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or finance systems
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English

- Experience with JEDOX, financial planning software, or BI/reporting tools
- Experience supporting budgeting/forecasting processes
