International Technology company is seeking an IT Business Analyst with Japanese language skills.

Responsibilities;

Coordinate FX Onboarding and Customer Set-up in Global Markets Division
Support the Trading Desk and Sales Desk within the FX Line of Business, configuring front office systems for FX pricing and other FX business systems
Liaise between SaaS package vendors and the bank’s customers to organize onboarding projects
Manage and maintain a client onboarding checklist for key milestones

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the Global Markets domain
Proficiency in FX Products, especially SPOT, SWAP and Forward
Proficiency in both Japanese and English
Network skills are an advantage
Extensive Agile experience, including Kanban methods using JIRA, is an advantage
Experience in a Capital Markets client-facing position is an advantage Ability to develop and manage client relationships
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
