The role focuses on evaluating private equity fund investments and supporting portfolio construction across global private equity strategies. The position offers exposure to investment decision-making, manager evaluation, and institutional portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Due Diligence
- Evaluate private equity fund managers and investment opportunities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on fund strategies, track records, and portfolio companies
- Analyze fund economics, structures, and performance drivers
- Build financial analysis and prepare investment memoranda
Investment Committee & Portfolio Management
- Support investment committee processes and presentations
- Assist with portfolio construction and manager selection decisions
- Monitor portfolio performance and key investment developments
Manager Coverage & Market Research
- Develop relationships with private equity managers and industry participants
- Track industry trends and emerging investment opportunities
- Support strategic research across private equity sectors
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in private equity, secondaries, investment banking, or private markets investing
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Understanding of private equity fund structures and investment strategies
- Ability to synthesize investment analysis and communicate investment views clearly
