Responsibilities
Administrative Duties

Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors

Provide general administrative support to office staff

Maintain office supplies and common areas

Arrange travel reservations when needed

Prepare expense reports and payment documentation

Assist with document proofreading and basic clerical tasks

Handle mail, courier shipments, and office errands
Operations Support

File and maintain transaction and operational records

Enter data into Excel and internal systems

Prepare and check basic operational documentation

Assist with daily recordkeeping and reconciliation support
General Support

Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems

Assist with routine office tasks and special assignments as needed
Qualifications
Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
