A growing captive finance company in the construction equipment industry is launching a new insurance division to support customers across the United States.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Producer to support insurance operations, customer inquiries, quoting activities, and multi-state licensing coordination for this growing business initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders while helping develop operational processes and infrastructure for the expanding insurance platform.

Responsibilities
- Support insurance sales, quoting, policy administration, and related operational activities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and coverage options
- Assist with preparation and presentation of insurance quotes in a timely and professional manner
- Support multi-state insurance licensing and regulatory compliance activities
- Coordinate with state insurance regulators and external insurance partners as needed
- Participate in continuing education and license renewal activities
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Documentation, and Corporate Planning
- Assist in developing operational procedures, documentation, and workflows for the insurance division
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of confidential information
- Support various administrative and operational projects related to the insurance business
Experience / Qualifications
Required
- Active and valid Georgia Insurance Producer License required
- (Property & Casualty preferred; Life & Health license is a plus)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience within the insurance industry
- Understanding of insurance operations, policy administration, and customer service processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
- Experience with commercial insurance, equipment insurance, contractor insurance, transportation/fleet insurance, or related areas
- Knowledge of multi-state licensing procedures and NIPR systems
- Additional insurance licenses in other states
- Experience working within a startup or growing business environment
- Familiarity with construction equipment, heavy machinery, equipment finance, or leasing industries
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to support a variety of operational and business initiatives
