Overview
A global Financial Institution is seeking an IT Business Analyst – FX & Derivatives Back Office Systems to support operational systems used in global markets back-office operations. The role will work with business users and development teams to support system functionality and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for FX and derivatives back-office systems
- Work with development teams to implement system changes and improvements
- Assist with system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Investigate and resolve system issues affecting operational processes
- Document system interfaces and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems development or support
- Knowledge of FX and derivatives markets
- Understanding of back-office operations such as settlement, risk, and position management
- Experience using SQL or similar tools for data analysis
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall development environments
- Business-level Japanese and English
