Overview
Our client, a global financial institution, is seeking an IT Business Analyst – FX Pricing System Support to support front-office FX trading systems. This role will work closely with trading and sales desks to ensure system stability and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support FX trading and pricing systems used by front-office teams
- Investigate and resolve system incidents affecting trading operations
- Liaise with development teams to implement system enhancements
- Coordinate system testing and release activities
- Communicate system updates and issues to business users
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in global markets or capital markets environments
- Knowledge of FX products (Spot, Forward, Swap)
- Experience supporting trading or financial market systems
- Basic knowledge of SQL or system data analysis
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Business-level Japanese and English
Preferred
- Knowledge of FIX protocol or APIs
- Experience supporting front-office trading systems
