Inside Sales Supervisor
An international electronics company located in Long Island is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, customer service, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales support administrators and receptionist
- Provide customer service to sales representative, dealer, and end-user
- Maintain authorized dealer/sales representative list, dealer price schedule, commission list rate
- Handle all aspects of consignment orders, including processing purchase orders, inventory transfers, invoices, spread sheet, forwarding invoices and spread sheet to the consignment dealers
- Handle import/export logistics, including preparation of NAFTA certificates
- Finalize/approve commission rates for orders which shipped on a daily basis
- Maintain and manage inventory in Sage100
- Assists accounting department concerning credit status of customers when orders are received and/ or with any discrepancies in regards to invoices, credits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ in customer/vendor relations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with Sage100 plus
- Must be organized and detail oriented and ability to manage a team
