Inside Sales Supervisor

An international electronics company located in Long Island is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, customer service, and logistics.


  • Oversee sales support administrators and receptionist
  • Provide customer service to sales representative, dealer, and end-user
  • Maintain authorized dealer/sales representative list, dealer price schedule, commission list rate
  • Handle all aspects of consignment orders, including processing purchase orders, inventory transfers, invoices, spread sheet, forwarding invoices and spread sheet to the consignment dealers
  • Handle import/export logistics, including preparation of NAFTA certificates
  • Finalize/approve commission rates for orders which shipped on a daily basis
  • Maintain and manage inventory in Sage100
  • Assists accounting department concerning credit status of customers when orders are received and/ or with any discrepancies in regards to invoices, credits


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ in customer/vendor relations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience with Sage100 plus
  • Must be organized and detail oriented and ability to manage a team
