Customer/Sales Support Associate

An international nutrition chemical company is seeking a Customer/sales support associate who are quick learners and can multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requests via phone or digital media (email, website, etc.)
  • Taking customer orders
  • Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
  • Answering customer questions about products (you will be trained on the products)
  • Managing and processing all orders submitted through web/phone/and other methods into internal
  • Other administrative tasks if needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Great communication skills, via phone and digital media
  • Knowledge of Sage 100 is a plus
  • Customer Service experience
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Nutritional Supplement Industry a big plus
