Customer/Sales Support Associate
An international nutrition chemical company is seeking a Customer/sales support associate who are quick learners and can multitask.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests via phone or digital media (email, website, etc.)
- Taking customer orders
- Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Answering customer questions about products (you will be trained on the products)
- Managing and processing all orders submitted through web/phone/and other methods into internal
- Other administrative tasks if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word
- Great communication skills, via phone and digital media
- Knowledge of Sage 100 is a plus
- Customer Service experience
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of the Nutritional Supplement Industry a big plus
