BL Japanese Sales Support Associate
A global leading nutritional chemical supplier is seeking a Sales Support Associate with Japanese language skill who will be providing post sales support and other necessary sales support;
- Increase sales and profits: increase profits; by managing costs and increasing revenues; by analyzing sales trends and operating efficiency, product presentations, and best practices in order to maximize profit; by researching and identifying potential customers; and by contacting potential new customers to build business.
- Maintain and Expand Customer Accounts; by contacting customers regularly via telephone, e-mail, letters and in person to ascertain their needs and keep business and information flowing smoothly; by following-up on past-due accounts; by providing price quotes, proposals, and credit items to current and prospective customers; by visiting customers to make presentations about our products; and by identifying customer needs or problems in a timely manner, and reporting all problems to the necessary parties.
- Perform Client Consultation: by contacting clients by telephone or email; by creating written estimates and proposals; by following-up on inquiries and requests from new clients in a timely and effective manner; by arranging visits, meetings, and negotiations with clients by consulting with the clients and submitting proposals which best suit the clients needs; and by creating and presenting proposals in person or by mail/fax for clients.
- Perform General Sales & Marketing Activities; by maintaining sales datal; by dealing with client phone calls, questions, and requests; by receiving and confirming orders; by entering sales and profit data per customer/product; by inputting new client company information in the database; by creating purchase orders, letters of credit and sales contracts by documenting new project inquiries from new and current clients; by conducting research activities over the phone in order to grasp current market needs; by making quotations and sending them to the clients; by contacting customers in order to troubleshoot problems as they occur; by following up on all customer calls, visits and inquiries; by reporting customer concerns, and resolving when possible; and by cheating customer contact reports.
