Bilingual Japanese General Affairs Administrator


Performs administrative tasks in General Affairs Department. Assists operations of the General Affairs’ management.


  1. Administers Accounts Payable
  2. Administers Document Management
  3. Administers Vault open/close and access control
  4. Arranges Business Travels
  5. Administers Japanese Expatriate related matters
  6. Handles Important Mail with the Parent Bank in Japan
  7. Arranges accommodations for guests and trainees
  8. Supports coordination of the Board meetings, Directors’ administrative issues and the Board related matters
  9. Translates important documents as needed
  10. Performs all functions as assigned by management
  11. Provide high quality work by ensuring accuracy and seeking to continuously improve our processes and platforms by embracing new and better ways of doing things.
  12. Enhance employee’s knowledge and understanding of job responsibilities through continuous communication and on the job training.  Training should focus on establishing high quality/accuracy of work.


  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration
  2. Basic understanding of accounting / bookkeeping
  3. Good interpersonal skills
  4. Good oral and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
  5. Good PC skills. Experience with excel spreadsheets and word processing software
