International Chemical Company is seeking a Manager of Business Development in their Information Communication Technology (ICT) Team who will be responsible for new development activities of various products within a cross-functional organization to collect major Technolgy companies (e.g, GAFAM) future trends for the company.

  • Plan, execute and achieve the budgets
  • Manage the development of new business; by actively seeking new sales and business opportunities, develop plans and initiatives; by implementing new pricing structures and drawing up strategies for contract development; by identifying and tracking market trends; by identifying customer and market needs; by supporting the Director in collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence
  • Manage accounts and provide customer support; by acting as customers’ primary contact for support; by regularly visiting and communicating with customers; by building relationships with key decision markers within customers and partners to collect information and develop and strengthen positive business relationships; by providing technical, quality, manufacturing, and engineering product support to customers; by actively seeking future technical trends at customer and within the industry as a whole; by monitoring product sales performance and regularly providing management with analysis and feedback
  • Ensure product compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
  • at least 5-7yrs’ related work experience
  • 5-7yrs’ experience in materials, composites, chemicals, plastics, healthcare industry or advance technologies
  • Experience working with global technologies companies (e.g., GAFAM) a plus
  • Strong PC skills
  • Strong interpersonal/communications skills both in verbal and written
  • A Team Player, can perform well with minimum supervision
