Administrator – International real estate firm
An international real estate firm is seeking an Administrator for their Asset management/property management division.
Responsibility
- Support accounting and account management in division
- Collects invoices from all management properties and fill out the information into the accounting form.
- Follow up the management company and acquire documents.
- Contact the property management company regarding any unexpected expense and negotiate to wave if necessary.
- Communicate with the other division’s members, accounting team, and building management companies regards to invoices
Requirement
- 2-3yrs working experiences required.
- Highly organized, details oriented and able to multitask with ease.
- A flexible team player who is able to adapt to change; must be a self-starter who can plan ahead and willingly assume routine tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Japanese language skill preferred
