Administrator – International real estate firm

An international real estate firm is seeking an Administrator for their Asset management/property management division.

Responsibility

  • Support accounting and account management in division
  • Collects invoices from all management properties and fill out the information into the accounting form.
  • Follow up the management company and acquire documents.
  • Contact the property management company regarding any unexpected expense and negotiate to wave if necessary.
  • Communicate with the other division’s members, accounting team, and building management companies regards to invoices

Requirement

  • 2-3yrs working experiences required.
  • Highly organized, details oriented and able to multitask with ease.
  • A flexible team player who is able to adapt to change; must be a self-starter who can plan ahead and willingly assume routine tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Japanese language skill preferred
