Human Resources Assistant

An International Telecommunication firm is seeking a Human Resources Assistant.

 Job Description:

  • Support employee enrollment, change and cancellation to the company sponsored health and insurance benefit plan and plan annual renewal;
  • Assist recruiting procedure including but not limited to background check and reference checks for potential new hire candidates;
  • Manage and coordinate all internal recruiting activities;
  • Provide backup function for other HR employees, particularly in payroll processing and 401(k) administration;
  • Participate new hire orientation and explain health insurance benefits;
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs with the supervisor;
  • Administering internal documents for approval;
  • Distributing notice/handout materials to Expat and Local Employee Support subsidiary entity as the regional headquarter;
  • Arrangement for the greeting cards and party;
  • Gathering Information from other branches about purchase form, such as Calendar and Annual Report
  • Arrangement for the business name card
  • Procuring and maintaining office supplies
  • Visa support of Local and expat employee
  • CEO’s business trip arrangement
  • Setting up various expenses
  • CEO’s Visitors support
  • Performs any and all other related duties

Qualification / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS office
  • At least 2 years of experience as HR Administrative Assistant
  • Prefer at least 2 years of experience in a corporation with over 200 employees
  • Ideal to have experience working for multi-cultural corporation/environment
  • Must be able to communicate with employees of all levels
