International Chemical Company is seeking a Product Stewardship Specialist responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of chemical products with federal, state, local, and international laws. Supports product stewardship, quality assurance, and maintenance of the quality management system across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Product Stewardship (80%)

Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (EPA, FDA, DOT, OSHA, BIS, CBP, TSCA, GHS, REACH, RoHS, ELV, etc.)

Communicate with regulatory authorities and internal teams

Conduct supplier compliance surveys (e.g., Kosher, HALAL, GMO, BSE/TSE)

Review and manage SDSs, declarations of compliance, and regulatory data

Author and update SDSs and GHS labels

Coordinate audits, agency notifications, and regulatory filings
Quality Assurance Support (20%)

Maintain product specifications in ERP systems

Review QC data and Certificates of Analysis

Ensure compliance with customer agreements
Planning and Management System Support

Assist in mid-term plan (MTP) and budget implementation

Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, environmental science, toxicology, or related field

3–5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Access, Teams, SharePoint a plus

Ability to travel up to 15%
