Overview:
International Firm is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations at the modern shared office space in Downtown San Francisco. This role combines hospitality, operations, and community-building, creating a welcoming environment for a diverse range of professionals, entrepreneurs, and small teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in Japanese language or culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency in all workspaces and common areas

Provide exceptional front-desk and concierge-style service to tenants, guests, and visitors

Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor services, and office supply inventory

Plan and support community events, networking sessions, and client engagement activities

Manage meeting room bookings, incoming/outgoing mail, and building access

Assist with onboarding new tenants and ensuring smooth transitions

Serve as liaison between tenants and building management/ownership

Support basic billing, invoicing, and reporting functions in collaboration with the accounting team

Promote a friendly and collaborative atmosphere among members
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in office administration, hospitality, coworking, or related roles

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or coworking management platforms
