Customer Service Representative

A global leading nutritional chemicals/ingredients supplier is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be able to provide quality/timely support to customers.

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line and be able to provide detailed information and recommendations to customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve them satisfactorily.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness or nutritional supplement industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, Salesforce and or other CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Patience and resilience in dealing with challenging customer interactions.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and nutritional supplements.
