A global leading nutritional chemicals/ingredients supplier is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be able to provide quality/timely support to customers.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line and be able to provide detailed information and recommendations to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve them satisfactorily.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- College degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness or nutritional supplement industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, Salesforce and or other CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Patience and resilience in dealing with challenging customer interactions.
- Passion for health, wellness, and nutritional supplements.
