International Firm is seeking a Corporate Development & Investment Professional Japanese language skills responsible for analyzing and managing investment activities and strategy in line with company’s objectives. Provide support, guidance and consultation on investment opportunities and/or mergers and acquisitions.
- Coordinates company’s investment strategy and the planning process of investments and/or acquisitions
- Conducts research and analysis; help selecting investment opportunities that support the company’s goals and risk tolerance.
- Develops analysis and presentations on potential investments for parent company.
- Conducts due diligence team and help with preparation of investment agreements
- Ensures that budgets and forecasts are developed in a professional and timely manner, and presents accurate and realistic appraisals of business opportunities, risks & costs, and potential profitability.
- Prepares reports on investment results.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent required in Business and Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Experienced in Investment analysis, presentations and negotiations of investments or acquisitions
- Thorough knowledge and experience in developing financial strategy.
- Bilingual English and Japanese
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
