An Established IT solutions firm whose head office is in NYC is seeking an Account Manager who has Japanese language skills.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Conduct sales approaches to potential customers acquired through marketing, networking, and daily sales activities.
- Propose solutions such as ERP systems, RPA, BI, AI, and other business solutions through consultative sales.
- Sales Support and Customer Relations for Existing Clients:
- Handle sales and small-scale project management related to ERP and other business systems for existing customers.
- Communicate with vendors both within the U.S. and abroad.
- Marketing Activities:
- Promote marketing initiatives through web, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Support webinars and related activities.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Prior experience in solution sales is preferred but not required.
- Sales experience targeting Japanese companies in the U.S. (not necessarily in IT industry).
- Primarily remote work; candidates near the office may be asked to come in 2-4 times per month.
- Business travel required (valid driver’s license needed).
