Bilingual Japanese Account Manager – IT solutions

An Established IT solutions firm whose head office is in NYC is seeking an Account Manager who has Japanese language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
    • Conduct sales approaches to potential customers acquired through marketing, networking, and daily sales activities.
    • Propose solutions such as ERP systems, RPA, BI, AI, and other business solutions through consultative sales.
  • Sales Support and Customer Relations for Existing Clients:
    • Handle sales and small-scale project management related to ERP and other business systems for existing customers.
    • Communicate with vendors both within the U.S. and abroad.
  • Marketing Activities:
    • Promote marketing initiatives through web, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
    • Support webinars and related activities.

Requirements: 

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • Prior experience in solution sales is preferred but not required.
  • Sales experience targeting Japanese companies in the U.S. (not necessarily in IT industry).
  • Primarily remote work; candidates near the office may be asked to come in 2-4 times per month.
  • Business travel required (valid driver’s license needed).
