Messaging System Administrator

An international telecommunication company is seeking a Messaging System Administrator.


  • Open and Close Trouble Tickets with a customer and vendor
  • Monitor and maintain our AWS cloud and SMS Platform in AWS
  • Work closely with 24/7 NOC Group for Monitoring and Troubleshooting, to avoid potential issues and outages
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as tier 2 technician, including on call troubleshooting
  • Provision new connections for a customer and vendor
  • Manage rate from vendors to keep our rating table up to date
  • Change routing and manage customer rates to improve quality, optimize profit, and avoid loss
  • Work closely with internal Sales and Finance teams


  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study
  • Intermediate Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol, Networking tools, and Cloud Networking (Especially AWS)
  • Basic Knowledge of Messaging Service and related Protocol, as well as MySQL Database
  • Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies quickly
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Two or three years of Experience as a network or Messaging Service tech
