Messaging System Administrator
An international telecommunication company is seeking a Messaging System Administrator.
Responsibility
- Open and Close Trouble Tickets with a customer and vendor
- Monitor and maintain our AWS cloud and SMS Platform in AWS
- Work closely with 24/7 NOC Group for Monitoring and Troubleshooting, to avoid potential issues and outages
- Troubleshoot technical issues as tier 2 technician, including on call troubleshooting
- Provision new connections for a customer and vendor
- Manage rate from vendors to keep our rating table up to date
- Change routing and manage customer rates to improve quality, optimize profit, and avoid loss
- Work closely with internal Sales and Finance teams
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study
- Intermediate Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol, Networking tools, and Cloud Networking (Especially AWS)
- Basic Knowledge of Messaging Service and related Protocol, as well as MySQL Database
- Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies quickly
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Two or three years of Experience as a network or Messaging Service tech
