Bilingual Japanese Project Manager – IT Firm

An international IT firm is seeking a Project Manager with Japanese language skill for their ERP (enterprise resources planning) department.

Responsibilities

  • Define project/support plan
  • Keep track of task progress and issues
  • Identify obstacles to prevent task progress and report them to stakeholders to remove them
  • Create project report to explain project progress and issue status
  • Supervise outsource vendors
  • Collect time reports from consultant
  • Write up change request
  • Conduct integration test

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, active listening and customer service
  • Focusing on deadlines of deliverable, and punctuality of time management
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Prioritizes and solve problems
  • Working as a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • ERP package implementation experience a big plus
  • Business level Japanese and English language skill
