Bilingual Japanese Maintenance & Operation Support Leader/Manager

An international IT firm in NYC is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Maintenance & Operation Support Leader/Manager who has experience in Microsoft Exchange Server.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Focus technology field: Corporate Email System (Microsoft Exchange Server, O365 Online Exchange)
  • Operation collaboration between Japan and US team (Bridge between Japan and  U.S)
  • Review and follow-up on trouble root cause analysis and project
  • Review current operation, propose change and implement

Required:

  • Must have fluent communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Have experience in managing operation team or consulting skill to review operation
  • Knowledge about corporate Email System preferred Exchange Server or O365 environment
  • Engineer or Technical SE background
