Bilingual Japanese Insurance Administrator

An international real estate firm is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Insurance Administrator who will provide vital back-office support to Insurance Account Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) and the team.


  • Responding to a large volume of email both in Japanese and English under license holder’s supervision
  • Fill out insurance form templates to be send to customers
  • Creating and material for meetings
  • Updating and maintaining information on the system and Excel sheet, files and etc.


  • Business level Japanese and English language skills
  • Minimum one year work experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with accuracy
  • High level of internet and data management competency.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Capability of learning computer systems and programs
  • Strong team player
