An international real estate firm is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Insurance Administrator who will provide vital back-office support to Insurance Account Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) and the team.
- Responding to a large volume of email both in Japanese and English under license holder’s supervision
- Fill out insurance form templates to be send to customers
- Creating and material for meetings
- Updating and maintaining information on the system and Excel sheet, files and etc.
- Business level Japanese and English language skills
- Minimum one year work experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with accuracy
- High level of internet and data management competency.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Capability of learning computer systems and programs
- Strong team player
