Administrative Assistant & Customer Support

An international company is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Customer Support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to improve office functions
  • Process payment for general expenses and purchase items
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and internal database
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Answer phone line, resolving customer inquiries and transferring calls
  • Provide customer service by responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years’ related working experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Open to work in a diversified environment
